Delete your account

You can delete your TalkSage account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app — immediate

  1. Open TalkSage → Settings → Privacy & SecurityScroll to the bottom.
  2. Tap "Delete Account"Confirm. Your account is removed from our servers straight away.

Without the app

Email support@talksage.ai from the email address on the account, or include the phone number it is registered with. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

DeletedYour account (name, email, phone number), plan and usage records, and settings stored on our servers.
On your phoneRecordings and transcripts are stored on your device; uninstalling TalkSage removes them, unless you chose to keep a backup in Documents/TalkSage.
KeptRecords we must keep by law, such as purchase records held by Google Play, for as long as the law requires.
